El Pleito is situated 3 km from La Barrosa, the beautiful 8 kilometre long white sandy beach with lots of restaurants, close to 3 well-stocked supermarkets (1km, Supersol, Lidl and Mercadona) and only 3 km away from the historical centre of Chiclana de la Frontera with its daily fish and vegetable market. So the cottage has a real central position and is still in the quiet and relaxing surrounding of a pine forest. Beach, horse riding centres, golf courses and surf schools are close by.
