The spacious holiday home impresses with an exceptional layout: arranged around a large Andalusian-style courtyard – the patio – are the private quarters with five bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as several inviting communal areas. These include an open-plan kitchen with a large dining table, a cozy living room, and a welcoming entrance hall. Both the living room and the entrance hall, along with the patio, are furnished with comfortable sofas and seating areas, offering plenty of space for up to nine guests – whether for relaxing quiet moments or lively gatherings.
The patio has been transformed into an enclosed room with large glass doors opening to the garden and a glass roof, making it usable all year round. In the lush, well-tended garden, guests will find two terraces with barbecue and seating areas and – as a highlight – an exceptionally large pool (10 x 5 m), safely fenced in a separate part of the garden.
The house is located in the Roche residential area, just about 1,000 meters’ walk from the beautiful sandy Playa de Roche beach with great restaurants and beach bars. For sports enthusiasts, there are attractive jogging trails in the pine forest and the nearby high ropes adventure park in the Roche woods.

At present, the house electrical system is not designed for charging electric vehicles; therefore, charging from the household power supply is unfortunately not possible. Please plan to use public charging stations available in the area.
