We will accompany you to your holiday home, or give you a description how to get to your holiday home (meeting point is our office which can easily be found in El Colorado)

We will introduce you to the functionality of the house and to the infrastructure of the neighbourhood (next bank, supermarket, petrol station etc.)

24h telephone service in case of emergencies and we look for a Spanish translator if you require one for medical services for example

Advice on leisure activities and tips for local festivities and fiestas, on request

You have internet access and printer in our office if you need it

Meet us at our office for the basic informations (easily to be found at El Colorado)

Accompanied ride to the cottage (Handing over keys, settlement of formalities)

Check out: until 11 am; Check in: from 5 pm (if the house is ready before, an earlier Check-in is possible and if no holiday guest arrives the same day you leave, a later departure is also possible)

In case of a late arrival after 8 pm we have to charge a 30 € extra fee for late arrival

All prices include sheets and towels (no beach towels), an extra rate for housekeeping is shown separately
