Casa Feliz is a bright and spacious holiday home in a rural area between Chiclana de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera, just 15 minutes by car from the long sandy beach of La Barrosa and 10 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket and good shopping facilities.
Situated on the edge of the small urbanisation of Hozanejos, the holiday home is located in an area with views of large fields where sunflowers may bloom in spring and horses and cows may graze in autumn. The large, nicely planted garden offers plenty of space, with its 1000 square metres more space than holiday homes in this area usually do. In addition to a large lawn with sun loungers around the pool, there is also a large terrace where you can eat and barbecue in the shade while overlooking the pool and garden.
On the property, a large parking space with a wooden pergola providing shade ensures that the annoying search for a parking space will not be an issue on this holiday.
