Casa Alegría is located in a rural residential area in the hinterland of Chiclana, not far from the town centre and just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches of Playa la Barrosa and Playa Sancti Petri.
A particular highlight of Casa Alegría is the modern 8 x 7 metre pool divided into two different areas: one area (8 x 4 metres) with greater depth, where you can exercise or take a refreshing dip, and two shallow water areas (each 3 x 3 m) next to the steps, where you can place your lounger inside the pool and relax. Also interesting are the two master bedrooms, with large glass doors opening onto the pool, perhaps inviting you to take an invigorating morning dip.
And this house offers a few more special features: in addition to the living/dining room in the building, there is another Moroccan-style dining area next to the kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden, a covered veranda with seating and a spacious terrace adjoining a well-equipped summer kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. At the back of the garden, there is another seating area with a fire bowl on a small raised area. In this holiday home, you can find a suitable place to relax or socialise at any time of year and whatever the position of the sun.
