This vacation domicile builds the end of a small complex of five modern townhouses on the southern edge of the famous white village of Conil de la Frontera in a quiet area on the Rio Salado.
The approximately 80 square metres are distributed over two floors, each with a panoramic window. Enjoy the terrace, the extended living room, which is equipped with a solarium and a screen. The living room has a comfortable sofa corner, a dining table for up to 5 people and a kitchenette. A small shower room completes the ground floor. A marble staircase leads to the spacious bedroom with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle and a separate toilet.
The roof terrace can be reached via a narrow staircase and a skylight. From here you have a breathtaking panoramic view – over the beaches and the sea, sometimes as far as Africa, the rooftops of Conil, the mountains in the hinterland of the province of Cádiz, the nature reserve of La Breña.
The owners, an artist couple from Germany, have lovingly designed the bright and modern house with Moroccan details and artwork.
