Finca Colina is a finca rustica in El Berrueco in the municipality of Medina Sidonia, about 10 minutes by car from the same town and Chiclana de la Frontera. The beach can be reached within 20 minutes. The location is absolutely quiet and in the middle of nature. The access is a dirt track that leads from the country road through the hills to the finca. There is a wooden construction of 20m², which is in a bad condition, but is registered in the land registry. From here you have a marvellous view of the hilly landscape of Medina Sidonia.
