Finca La Paz is a villa in the countryside of Chiclana, between the village and El Colorado. The two villages are 10 minutes away by car, the beach 17 minutes away. There is a restaurant and a bus stop within walking distance. The house is situated in a tarmac cul-de-sac with mains electricity and well water. The internet connection works very well via Cofi antenna. The area is very quiet, if not disturbed by the birds and peacocks of the neighbour. The plot is 3800² with a lot of trees like orange trees, lemon trees, nispero, fig trees, pomegranate trees, some pine trees, oleanders, a majestic palm tree and many other fruit and ornamental trees. There is a parking area with a large garage, a small forest-like area with several pine trees, a pool area with pizza oven and barbecue and a large vegetable garden area with hen house and storage room and a beautiful view of a pine forest. In the pool area there is a guest room with bathroom. The main house is entered through a south-facing glazed porch, which warms the bright room in winter and offers a cosy space. Then you pass through the dining room, half open to the fully fitted kitchen and through an archway into the living room with fireplace. There you will find bedroom number 1, which is of a very good size. On the other side of the entrance is the large master bedroom, a small bedroom and the bathroom. A very well kept and cosy house. A place to feel good and at home in the countryside but close to the villages, in good neighbourhood!
