The house is in perfect condition and is ready to move into. In the pool area there is also a WC and 2 storage rooms. The rear garden with its fruit trees has been separated by walls, which could easily be reversed to reconnect the garden to the living space, or the patio-like character could be retained. There is also a roof terrace for sunbathing and hanging laundry. Here you also have a view of the fields behind the house. There is also a door to go for a walk in the fields.
